The 100V-Line Blocking Capacitor Unit (BCEWAPT) is designed to block the DC path between the 100V-Line from an EWIS, and separately switched and monitored control devices such as the Pertronic Apartment Module and the M500S. The Blocking Capacitor Unit is required for compatibility with typical EWIS 100V-Line supervision systems.

It is recommended that each connected Apartment Module or M500S (of a EWIS installation) is fitted with one 100V-Line Blocking Capacitor Unit.
